The Investor Relations team is expanding and is looking for a highly organised and detail orientated Investor Relations Analyst to join in London. You will support the Senior IR team members in the production and organisation of data and documentation required for investor communications.

Your future role within QRT includes:

• Organising and maintaining investor relations information and data
• Support the production of periodic investor communications in a timely manner
• Support in the logistics and scheduling for investor meetings
• Manage relationships internally and externally, offering support to team members where required
• Manage and maintain monthly investment summaries, keeping risk dashboards up to date and providing the information to relevant parties both internally and externally
• Create any other resources appropriate to disseminate to stakeholders and investors
• Carry out organisational and administrative tasks
• Be an advocate for the firm, offering the best service at all times

Your present skillset:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience, ideally in an IR function
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• Team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ambitious with the right ‘can do’ attitude
• Ability to deal with high volumes of work, which need quick attention
• Ability to operate in an extremely fast paced environment
