Area of Responsibility

• Supporting in the preparation of management reporting, financial and economic forecasting
• Establishing close working relation with finance and commercial colleagues across markets
• Contributing to the annual budget cycle, periodic forecasting, the development, and review of business plans
• OPEX efficiency and market feasibility analysis
• Assistance and support for a variety of ad-hoc and strategic initiatives, including financial systems improvements, process enhancements.

Technical Skills

• Superior analytical skills with proven ability to develop, review and interpret financial data to derive strategic insights.
• Significant exposure to long and short term forecasting techniques within a highly dynamic environment.
• Experience of working within a fast paced, matrix structure with a highly commercial focus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Thrives in a multicultural and diverse international environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Expert knowledge of SAP, Power BI and advanced excel.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in finance.
• MBA / MSC is advantageous.

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• 2-3 years within the financial planning and analysis role.
• 2-3 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
