We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to lead our healthcare team in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest standards of medical practice.
• Responsibilities*

- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to medical staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.

- Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical protocols and policies to enhance patient care quality.

- Collaborate with administrative leadership to align clinical operations with organizational goals.

- Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives as needed.

- Serve as a liaison between medical staff and administration to facilitate effective communication.

- Stay current with advancements in medical practices and technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of healthcare delivery.
• Experience*

- Doctor of Medicine (MD)

- A minimum of five years of clinical experience, with at least two years in a... leadership role within a healthcare setting.

- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality improvement processes.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating strong decision-making capabilities.
