Position: Mechanical Supervisor (Night Shifts)
Established for over 20 years our client has built a reputation delivering some of the most prestigious fit outs and infrastructure upgrades in London. With an annual turnover in excess of £30M, they operate across banking, finance, legal and data centre sectors. Providing a one stop shop for clients, they can cover full building services from tricky BMS installs to major M&E refurbishments.

Role:
Mechanical Supervisor - Night Shifts

Locations:
Canary Wharf

Salary: £55,000 + Package x1.3 (£71,500)

My client is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor for night shifts based in Canary Wharf. The hours are 18.00pm – 03.00am and they will pay 1.3 x your salary. The working will mainly be live environment infrastructure upgrades or fit outs.

Responsibilities:
• Management of sub-contractors and labour
• Client liaison and attend site meetings
• Progress Reporting
• Responsible for all health & safety at site level including the preparation and... issuing of RAMS & and tool box talks where appropriate
• Weekly H&S Returns
• Project & programme implementation
• Understanding of design & drawings
• Continuous snagging to minimise defects & errors
• Work with the Project Manager to manage the commissioning process and handover of the project

The ideal candidate:
• Will be familiar working night shifts
• Experience as a Mechanical Supervisor / Site Manager withing the commercial sector
