About the Role:
• Provide strategic HR leadership and support to the school
• Manage all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Advise on employment law and best practices
• Contribute to the overall success of the school
The Ideal Candidate:
• Proven experience as an HR Manager in a school setting
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders
