Are you a passionate educator with a talent for igniting a love of language in young minds?

This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to inspire a new generation of learners and foster a lifelong love of the English language.

What You'll Do:
• Design and deliver engaging and informative English lessons across all year groups, adhering to the National Curriculum.
• Cultivate a stimulating learning environment that fosters a love for reading, writing, spoken language, and critical thinking.
• Develop students' comprehension, analytical, and communication skills through a variety of engaging activities.
• Prepare students for success in external exams (mention specific exams if applicable).
• Stay abreast of advancements in English language teaching and integrate them seamlessly into the curriculum.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the English department and contribute to school-wide events.

We Seek a Candidate Who:
• Possesses a valid QTS in English or... a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrates a fervent passion for the English language and a captivating teaching style.
• Excels in communication, interpersonal skills, and classroom management.
• Fosters a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Holds a steadfast commitment to safeguarding and promoting student well-being. (Experience in a Catholic school setting a plus).
