About the Role:As a Drama Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring students to explore their creativity, develop their communication skills, and cultivate a deep appreciation for the dramatic arts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Designing and delivering engaging and innovative drama lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive curriculum that challenges and nurtures students of all abilities.
• Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, and tailoring instruction to individual needs.
• Collaborating with... colleagues across departments to enrich the school's broader cultural and artistic offerings.
• Participating in extracurricular activities, such as directing school productions, leading drama clubs, and organizing theater trips.
Qualifications and Experience:
• A degree in Drama or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• A proven track record of successful teaching experience in secondary school drama.
