We're Looking For:
• A qualified English Teacher (QTS) with a passion for inspiring young people and a strong understanding of the English language and literature.
• Experience teaching English at the specified level (GCSE or A-Level) is preferred, but we welcome applications from enthusiastic Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT) as well.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
• A commitment to fostering a love of reading, writing, critical thinking, and effective communication.
• The ability to create stimulating and engaging lessons that cater to a variety of learning styles and ignite a lifelong appreciation for literature.
• Strong leadership potential for those interested in taking on a TLR role in the future (desirable but not essential).
