Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging Spanish lessons for students in primary and secondary education.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning needs and styles.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters students' language development and cultural understanding.
• Assess and provide timely feedback on students' progress and academic performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum resources and strategies.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students' progress and achievements.
• Actively participate in departmental meetings, professional development, and school events.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in education, Spanish, or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience teaching Spanish to students in a primary or secondary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish language, grammar, and culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
• Familiarity with current educational technology and resources.
