• Job Postings & Recruitment: Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and our company website and help to manage and screen candidate applications to find the best talent.
• ️ New Hire Orientation & Onboarding: Support the preparation of new hire materials and help organize onboarding activities for new employees.
• Employee Engagement: Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, promoting a positive work culture, Help coordinate... events and other engagement activities to foster team spirit.
• HR Documentation & Compliance: Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and HR documents.Also help to ensure all employee files are up to date and compliant with company policies.
What We’re Looking For
• Education: Recent graduate in Business, Administration, or a related field.
