Requirements
• Enrolled at a University in the Netherlands (for the entirety of your internship),
• Studying a relevant degree for the internship,
• Available from October - February/March for 32 - 40 hours per week,
• Living within a 1-hour one-way commute from our Houthavens office (ideally),
• Strong attention to detail (no mistake gets past you!) and great analytical skills,
• Flexible, curious, open-to-learn, tech-savvy, open for a challenge... with a great sense of humour!,
• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus!)
What the job involves
• As a People & Culture intern, you will work alongside the People & Culture team, supporting various HR-related projects and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development, and overall company culture.,
• You will be directly involved in day-to-day operations such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement activities, and supporting talent development initiatives, playing a critical role in fostering Otrium’s unique... workplace culture,
• Support onboarding processes for new employees, creating welcome packs and ensuring a great start with us at Otrium,
• Help organise and facilitate employee engagement activities and events with our People Experience Manager, Denise,
• Contribute to internal communications regarding HR policies, updates and company initiatives,
• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews,
• Assist with data migration, pulling reports and conducting people operations admin via our HRS system
