JSW is looking for a charismatic and dynamic General Manager to oversee a multi-faceted venue in the City of London. This venue, the first of its kind, is set to launch in December. Spanning over three floors and featuring an impressive roof terrace, the venue offers a premium drink selection with live entertainment as a significant part of its unique selling proposition. This is a complex business; therefore, the ideal candidate must have a proven track record as a multi-site General Manager of either a high turnover premium venue or a stylish bar in the City.

We are seeking an excellent leader and motivator—an individual who is passionate about continuous improvement and capable of influencing both upwards and through their team members. You will typically be responsible for leading a team of up to six heads of departments and more than 50 staff. The role also requires the candidate to be passionate about service standards and venue presentation while being able to generate... initiatives to increase sales and profitability across the venue as a whole.

This is a fantastic opportunity with an attractive package, including a basic salary of up to £60k plus tronc and bonuses.
