As a People Business Partner, your role is to work closely with the business to align people initiatives with our organizational objectives. You will bridge the gap between the business and the broader HR team, providing expertise in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. Your responsibility is to drive a positive workplace culture, foster employee engagement, and contribute to the overall success and growth of Vialto through effective people strategies.
In this role you will
• Collaborate with managers and senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, supporting Vialto’s mission.
• Provide expertise on HR matters such as compliance, performance management, and policies, working closely with the global HR team.
• Deliver career coaching to drive high performance and proactively assess employee development needs.
• Partner with the reward team on compensation cycles and work on talent development and succession planning.
• Support organizational change initiatives, culture development, and performance improvements.
• Act as a trusted advisor, managing conflict resolution, grievances, and providing employee guidance.
• Enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through strategic initiatives.
• Use HR metrics and data to make informed decisions and recommend actionable strategies.
• Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety.
• Participate in ad hoc HR projects.
About You
• Strong employee relations experience with in-depth knowledge of UK employment law; able to manage and resolve cases independently.
• Proven ability to drive change and implement continuous improvements.
• Experience managing a busy workload in a fast-paced environment, with excellent prioritisation and adaptability skills.
• Skilled at coaching managers and leaders, with empathy to handle sensitive people-related matters.
• Flexible, hands-on approach to work, supporting a wide range of HR responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience drafting people-related communications.
• Professional services background is a plus.
