Job Title : Project Manager

• Job Description:
Minimum 5 years' experience in the software industry, including 2 years managing large scale information technology projects
• College/university degree and a combination of education/experience in project and line management
• Thorough understanding of project management methodologies, standards and tools and their application
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, facilitation and analytical skills required, as well as highly effective written and oral communications abilities
• Strong customer service & teamwork orientation required
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
• Experience managing diverse project teams and working in a multi-project environment
• Proven track record of teambuilding, relationship management, and dealing effectively with senior management
• Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task, while maintaining attention to detail, in a... fast-paced, 'high-tech' environment required
• Proven ability to motivate and lead a results oriented team and clearly communicate objectives
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues, across the organization to get things done
• An appreciation of end-user requirements, specifically the ability to see the big picture and understand the need of all stakeholders
