Job Summary
As part of a new business unit dedicated to high-end garment care, your primary mission will be to manage daily operations of the client facing branch, ensuring that all client interactions are successful and of the highest standard. You will work in a dynamic and creative startup environment, where you can contribute to building a luxury brand from the ground up, setting high standards for quality and service.

Your responsibilities :

Branch Operations
• Oversee the daily operations, ensuring a personalised and welcoming experience for all clients.
• Receive garments from clients- analyse and assess them, ensuring proper documentation of each item's condition, quality control check of the finished garment and hand over to clients
• Perform basic spot cleaning, refreshing and small alterations on site.
• Coordinate with workshop team to communicate client’s needs, and to follow the timeline.
• Coordinate with transportation partners ensuring all the orders are delivered... on time.
• Manage boutique virtual merchandising, digital and print assets, health & safety measures

Customer Experience
• Focus on creating flawless client journeys ensuring clients’ needs are met with professionalism and care.
• Personally engage with clients to understand their specific garment care needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations and support.
• Communicate with clients: inform when the order is ready for collection, schedule pick up and delivery, reply to inquiries via email, phone calls, etc
• Implement customer feedback mechanisms to capture insights and continuously improve the service experience.

Point of Sales (POS) Management
• Operate the POS system to process client transactions accurately, including sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Enter customer information into the POS system to manage client accounts and track service history.
• Track orders and their flow to/from the workshop and client deliveries.
• Ensure payment processing accepting various payment methods such as cash, credit cards, and digital payments.

Knowledge, experience & skills required 
• Good experience in a retail or service management role, ideally within the dry-cleaning industry.
• Experience of effectively using POS systems and managing transactions in a customer facing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Collaborative and team player
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English; additional languages may be an asset.
• A passion for the fashion, garment care and sustainability.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
