Senior Desktop Applications Engineer - Global U.S.Law Firm - London, City

Hybrid role - 3 and 2 - Excellent Salary + Bonus + Bens

Ideally, you will have worked in a law firm or professional services environment.

The role

You will be responsible for the day to day engineering and 3rd Level support for the firm's core productivity applications, including Microsoft Office and Libera Desktop.

You'll perform expert troubleshooting of complex applications and document issues, often working directly with users to problem solve.

You'll perform initial product testing and develop test scripts used by a dedicated QA team.

You'll employ scripting and deploy software, gather systems data and resolve issues on a large scale.

Technology

Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 systems management and troubleshooting

MS Office, Adobe Acrobat and other document processing tools.

Software packaging and Automation tools such as Installshield and AutoIT.

Microsoft SCCM
