The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for their Account Executive partners. This role manages the outbound campaigns by qualifying active buying interest and identifying critical decision makers to successfully position the ZipRecruiter value proposition.  SDRs who establish high performance and are strong representations of the ZipRecruiter Core Values will have potential for new challenges and career advancement within sales. This role is a hybrid position, must reside in Phoenix, Arizona.

Key focuses:

• Make 50-60+ outbound phone calls each day
• Execute creative outbound prospecting within your assigned accounts
• Conduct high level conversations with mid and senior level prospects, explaining the value proposition of ZipRecruiter
• Leverage sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Navigator to network with potential customers
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, etc.)
• Gain business knowledge through researching how different industries operate, leadership structures, and pain points and challenges our clients face each day
• Collaborate with Account Executive on qualified meetings
• Attend daily huddles to celebrate wins and goals
• MUST BE IN OFFICE DAILY 

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development environment
• BA Degree
• Must be located in the Phoenix, AZ metro area

Preferred:

• Working experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus
• Prior SDR experience 
• You have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal; you have a track record of giving successful presentations
• Demonstrable experience and proficiency in high pressure, competitive situations

The US base salary for this full-time position is $45,000.

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
