Overview:
Prepare budget spend report
Achieve and exceed team sales goal
Prepare memos, quotes, reservations and sales reports
Acquire and maintain knowledge of existing and ever-growing rental inventory and their applications
Coordinate with management to ensure client needs are collected and implemented
Participate in all event meetings
Analyze events success and opportunities
Communicate proactively, accurately and impeccably both verbally and in writing
Contribute to major contribution history and records, confirm payments

Requirements:
Ability to lead as well as follow and execute instructions effectively
Must be highly organized, self-motivated and able to work independently
Must be solution driven
Significant ability to lead, motivate and work with teams to accomplish goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
