Employment: Full Time
What you will do
As a vital member of the Oracle ECEMEA Insight team, you'll play a pivotal role collaborating with technology and digital solution leaders. Your responsibilities will involve providing strategic advice to Oracle customers at the executive level across various industries, guiding them to enhance or transform their businesses and attain operational excellence. You will:
- Spearhead customer engagements, effectively communicating the value proposition of our proposed solutions to business executives
- Offer direct support in opportunities, utilizing industry knowledge, management consulting skills, and analytical expertise to identify key drivers, assess process capabilities, and build a compelling business case for business process enhancement
- Maintain a strategic focus on defining and refining the vision and roadmap for key strategic accounts.
- Serve as an internal catalyst, ensuring the articulation of a clear vision and roadmap for strategic accounts
- Contribute to team thought leadership by distilling customer experiences into valuable content and methodologies that can be leveraged across the organization
Requirements
Desired Experience
- 6-10 years of work experience, ideally in management consulting and technology
- A minimum 4-6 years of experience with a premier Management Consulting firm or 2-4 years of experience with industry leading companies in a functional management role across multiple industries.
- MBA from a top-tier business school. An undergraduate degree in a quantitative field would be preferred.
- Fluency in English and French (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and participate on strategic consulting projects with varied industry focus and business imperatives
- Proven aptitude to work in a virtual team environment and ability to build consensus
- Exceptional business problem solving combined with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
