About the Job

Implement and supervise the on-going support of safety, health and environmental (HSE) plans, policies, procedures, and compliance programs. Provide professional advice on HSE regulations and legal requirements when necessary to achieve required level of compliance.

Key Accountabilities
- Review all HSE' s policies regulations, procedures and legal requirements to ensure that they are within the required level of compliance and in line with the National, Regional and International trends and standards.
- Monitor and maintain the HSE Policy and the associated mechanism and ensure that the policy is clearly, communicated, understood and used throughout the company.
- Draft plans for internal & external audit for HSE compliance to conduct integrated Quality & HSE compliance reviews.
- Prepare audit reports and reviews feedback and implementation status on compliance review findings.
- Maintain HSE legal compliance register.
- Conduct periodic HSE audits and prepare audit reports.
- Maintain audit findings tracking system and ensure timely closure of the findings with supporting evidences.
- Conduct, Integrate Management Systems (IMS) Training Awareness sessions related to applicable standards to all company locations.
- Maintain professional connections with HSE organizations and other professionals, in order to keep updated with new regulations, as well as best practices.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in implementation of HSE Management System, experienced in conducting HSE Assessments, audits, inspections, etc.
- Professional Certifications (Master CoC (Class 1 Certificate)
