As the EA & Team Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations while fostering a collaborative and efficient environment for our entire team. From managing schedules and travel arrangements to planning team building, client events and celebrations, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, driving productivity and success.

Requirements
Provide an efficient, professional and high-level administrative service to the team and Managing Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, invoices/expense reporting, minute taking and correspondence handling.Â
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills.Â
Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring all logistics are effectively managed and executed.Â
Assist in the preparation and distribution of presentations, reports, and other deliverables, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Â
Cultivate and maintain a positive, engaging, and inclusive office culture.
Organise and coordinate team-building events, onboarding, client functions, and celebrations.Â
Manage and maintain a well-organised and tidy office environment.
Ensure office equipment and supplies are stocked and in working order.Â
Assist with IT needs and coordinate with IT for issue resolution.
Skills and experience
Proven experience in a executive assistance, team coordinator or administrative support role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.Â
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.Â
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels of the organisation.Â
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.Â
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all work outputs.Â
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.Â
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.Â
Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.Â
