Job Title

Director, Service Optimization Sales

Driving business development and the growth of new sales of Service Optimization solutions across North America and Canada.

In this role you'll:

  • Identifying the sales activities and prospecting targets which will drive business development of new Service Optimization sales; meet or exceed all sales and growth goals for North America
  • Develop and maintain a monthly sales plan to assist the team in identifying the sales activities which will drive business development of new Service Optimization sales; meet or exceed all sales and growth goals for North America
  • Act as a solution architect to assist the Technology Sales Specialist team to assist large customers to formulate strategies around integration of Service Optimization spend into their revenue generation strategy
  • Educate the market, and the sellers, and position Amadeus' technology capabilities and our value proposition effectively, including industry panels and events 
  •  Coordinate product training, collaborate with DOSs to achieve goals, develop skillset within business development and prospecting efforts
  • Represent the voice of the customer to shape the overall technology product/stack Go-To-Market strategy, roadmap and analytics reporting
  • Research market triggers, identify opportunities and initiate a connection with senior level account contacts who make decisions about Service Optimization spend

About the ideal candidate:

  • Education requirement, must or preferred 
  • 5 years of Technology Solution end-user experience REQUIRED 
  • 5+ years of experience in business development technology sales within the hotel industry 
  • 5+ hospitality industry experience
