Zscaler Inc., is seeking an aspiring People & Culture EMEA benefits professional looking to make a difference in the company’s EMEA and global benefit offerings. In this role, you will develop partnerships with key leaders and business decision makers within the organization to plan, develop, refine, implement, and administer world-class EMEA/global employee benefit programs.
Reporting to the People Services Lead, you will play a major role in the overall employee experience from the moment an employee joins a company, to the moment they leave, and everything in between. You will play a key role in assessing and recommending benefit enhancements to keep Zscaler’s plans competitive to motivate and engage employees.
What you will be doing
- Vendor Management – tracking & implementing renewals, escalation management, quarterly reviews
- Track and maintain metrics and dashboards related to utilization of benefit programs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for timely roll out of annual benefits enrolment.
- SLA adherence for processing and checking vendor invoices
- Administration of on-boarding new employees and throughout the employee life-cycle regarding benefit enrolment including leavers and off-cycle qualifying life events.
- Respond to and action employee requests/questions and resolving issues accordingly
- On-board new benefit vendors or brokers working with internal legal team and benefit vendor acting as an intermediary
- Receive, check and provide payroll with relevant payroll reports each month by the required due date
- Administer the updating of relevant benefits after any employee salary changes
- Raising insurance claims for short and long term sick leave
- Staying up to date with legislation changes and implementing benefit changes as necessary
- Organize and update benefit materials basis changes to benefit programs including updating the company intranet
- Drive communication initiatives to improve employee awareness and utilization of benefit programs.
- Assist with administration of non-insured benefits programs – leave of absence, tuition reimbursement, wellbeing programs, employee assistance program etc.
- Drive quarterly headcount audits with all benefit providers.
- Drive process improvement projects to improve employee experience of benefit programs
- Work closely with internal business partners (Payroll, Finance, and Legal) on the day-to-day administration of Zscaler’s benefit programs.
- Participate in global benchmarking practices to assure Zscaler’s global benefit offerings remain competitive and researching offerings in new countries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- 4+ years' experience in HR with benefits experience
- Familiarity with payroll and benefits software systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Driven and with the enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability in making sound decisions with minimal guidance
- Experience in a fast-growing technology organization, preferably SaaS product delivery
- Experience working in a global public company a plus
- Proven history of managing confidential information with utmost integrity
