The Role
We are seeking a highly organized, dynamic, and proactive team member to fill the role of Executive Assistant at our cutting-edge space startup. You will play a crucial role in providing top-notch support to our executive team. You'll have the unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a pioneering company that is revolutionizing the space industry.
Responsibilities
Act as a trusted point of contact and gatekeeper for the executive team, managing their schedules, appointments, and communication effectively
Coordinate and prioritize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for executives
Distribute and manage NDA agreements with customers and partners
Work with the Facilities team to help plan, organize, and execute company events, meetings, and workshops, both internally and externally
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event logistics, including catering, technology setup, and attendee coordination
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced startup or technology environment
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent grammar and attention to detail
Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Resourcefulness, adaptability, and a proactive attitude to problem-solving
Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $100,000 + equity in the company
Salary will be based on several factors including, but not limited to: knowledge and skills, education, and experience level
