Job Description

Contract Type - Full time. Permanent

Compensation - Competitive base + car allowance + bonus

What you'll be doing

  • Formulate and execute a sales strategy for shared ownership properties, utilising market research and competitive analysis.
  • Lead and develop a sales team, fostering excellence, collaboration, and professional growth while building strong internal and external partnerships.
  • Train external agencies on product and sales processes, and devise customer engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction.
  • Utilise KPIs and sales data analysis to guide strategy adjustments and improve team performance.
  • Oversee budget management, marketing activities, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Promote adherence to the company's risk parameters, Equality and Diversity policy, and Health and Safety regulations.
