We’re collaborating with developers, housing associations and public sector bodies across the country to drive investment into the UK’s affordable housing sector, focusing primarily on the affordable rent and shared ownership markets, and striving to be the UK’s leading private affordable housing providers known for excellent service and quality homes. We want to have a positive economic and social impact on the regions and communities in which we work.
Salary - £50,000-£60,000 per annum + 10% car

L&G Affordable Homes (L&GAH) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Legal & General, tasked with bringing a much-needed increase in the supply of affordable homes through the use of institutional capital to the UK social housing sector.
As a business with ambitious plans to scale-up, our growth is rapid, and our model aims to utilise technology and innovation to drive service quality and operating efficiency. As a Repairs & Maintenance Manager, you will ensure that the end-to-end approach to asset management is robust and delivers the best commercial and quality outcomes to the business and its customers.
