This Senior Manager role will lead a team of Industry aligned Digital Strategists and apply marketing expertise to define digital initiatives and activations that increase product demand and grow the sales pipeline. The ideal leader has experience developing integrated, end-to-end digital marketing and revenue growth strategies for B2B companies, integrating emerging technologies into their strategies. Prioritize and ensure performance for regional and local Digital activations, integrating Digital and non-Digital channels, including but not limited to, paid media, organic search and social, web/mobile, events, webinars, global campaigns, and partners solutions. Identify high-growth and high-revenue digital opportunities, and take the lead on measuring the strength of the digital program(s), using channel and behavioral data to optimize, test and target marketing solutions for the greatest impact.
About You
Identify, prioritize, and deploy product led experiences that create “aha moments” for customers and prospects, while showcasing what differentiates us
Plan, implement, and supervise our Global Digital activation strategy, omnichannel management, and the evolution of automated audience segmentation/delivery and cross channel journeys via Enterprise Marketing Cloud for full funnel journey orchestration, strategic account targeting, and nurturing of low quality leads
Establish critical metrics and continually analyze strategies and Digital activations to assess performance; use analysis to implement changes in our approach, remodel strategies when vital to improve performance
Advocate for an approach driven by data but uses creativity to address problems and do things differently when it makes sense
Monitor digital contributions against regional goals and proactively guide the business on status and any concerns before they become issues.

Lead Global Digital Strategists to build always-on brand to demand digital capabilities and develop data driven prospect and customer experiences
Implement and execute with a hands-on, ‘roll up your sleeves’ approach and a strategic lens to advise on the appropriate long-term direction
Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop integrated plans addressing ABM, lead and demand generation campaigns, messaging and positioning frameworks, buyer personas, and journey maps
Close partnership with search, social, paid media leads, global campaign managers, and agencies in the development of programs to drive awareness and demand
Align with Regional leadership to identify business priorities and the right local approach; develop initiatives and help guide the organization to present impactful reporting including business insights and recommendations (i.e.: quarterly business reports, digital roadmap, regional updates)
10+ years experience in digital marketing with 5+ years leading and developing a global team
Experience with defining and delivering success goals in a results oriented culture
Solid understanding of organic and paid media best practices
Familiarity with content management systems, analytics tools, project management software, and marketing automation systems (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Workfront, Marketo)
Global Digital and Web Marketing experience
Shown success in collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams to analyze, respond to, and optimally address various business needs and challenges
Highly quantitative, analytical and business-minded
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Digital demand generation experience is highly desirable
Enterprise software and/or B2B experience is a plus

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
