About the Team
The Field Operations Program Office team is growing! Our team provides exceptional, thoughtful, and impactful program and change management for Field Sales, across the Field Ops organization and beyond. In addition, this group builds and shares approaches that can work on a Global stage.About the Role
The Senior Program Manager will be a critical player on the team, helping to support the mandate of the sales organization to drive remarkable growth. Success in the role requires a team player approach, the ability to work across organizations with disparate needs, and bring creativity and original thinking to identify new and different approaches to programs and priorities across the business. We’re looking for a person who thrives in a generalist world – from analytics, to insight, to action, and enjoy measuring the outcome.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Structure Decision Making – Break down complex problems, prepare relevant analysis to support senior leadership decision making, driving transparency and insight into the health of the business and the actions required to improve.
Prepare Key Presentations & Communications – Develop storyline for quarterly business reviews, sales kick off executive presentations, team calls, program communications, etc.
Lead Transformation & Change Activities – Support planning and translate global strategic programs to successful segment and group application.
Drive Business Scalability – Through initiatives such as simplification and standardization of processes and sharing of best practices across the team and the groups.
In terms of the performance and personal competencies required for the position, we would highlight the following:
About You
Knowledge and Experience:
Experience in driving complex and engaging programs for process improvement, GTM development, and adoption.
Experience doing data analysis, modeling, and/or financial analysis to support and drive business decisions.
Experience in business application software and SaaS.
General familiarity with consultative selling methodologies.
Strong proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
Business Acumen and Setting Strategy:
Ability to present complex business decisions in a structured format.
Deep understanding of organization value and driving business outcomes.
Strong knowledge of demand generation processes, marketing planning and pipeline build.
Executing for Results:
Strong communicator who can work across the organization and company to continue improving the way Workday serves customers (internal and external).
The successful candidate must be able to balance speed and quality to deliver results in the organization. They will be well versed in driving outcomes and be a strong business partner to senior leaders.

Leading Initiatives:
Consultative approach and strong communication skills to engage with key stakeholders at senior executive level. Proven cross-team collaboration and facilitation/change management skills.

Ability to foster collaboration among team members / teams and able to engage a wide range of individuals to address relevant issues. Can establish rapport and effective relationships and encourage people to accept responsibility for their work, sharing wins and successes.

High emotional intelligence and an ability to challenge in a nuanced way. Influencing areas of the business that are not under direct control will be critical.
Proven history and track record of working with cross-functional teams to ensure everything is geared to customer success.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in business or technical field. Master’s degree preferred.
