Do you love to make an impact? Workday is looking for a driven and innovative Sr.Global Campaigns Manager to pioneer industry-specific content and program strategy targeting the office of the CIO. As a key member of our CIO Global Campaigns team, you'll be driving an important area of growth for the company! In this new role, you will be responsible for the campaign efforts targeting CIO and IT decision-makers in tech and media, professional services, retail and hospitality, financial services, and more.
We are looking for an experienced sr marketing manager who has the experience to lead in a matrixed and global environment. Your mission will be to align and work closely with our Industry Solution Marketing and Industry Global Campaigns teams to develop culturally appropriate content across regions, while producing and leading high quality marketing programs. We’re looking for a motivated marketer who flourishes in finding new and better ways to work and is ready to run and develop agile pilots that drive awareness and demand, collaborating with experts in Paid Media, Revenue Operations, Field Marketing, Sales, and the Workday Community.
This important role will report to the Director of Global Campaigns and will be based in our London office.
Responsibilities include :
Work alongside a team of industry marketing professionals to create best-in-class integrated campaigns that drive market awareness and demand for Workday through the lens of the CIO within the context of a specific Industry.
Work across functions and levels – from individual contributors to key senior executives – ensuring comprehensive input and review throughout the strategic campaign planning process.
Use key campaign channels, understanding how to target the right audience at the right time through marketing automation, content syndication, paid & organic search & social, sponsored media programs, digital advertising, and more.
Build differentiated content that drives brand advocacy and generates demand; collaborate tightly with internal teams such as solutions marketing, content marketing, and customer advocacy, as well as third-party thought leaders, partners, and media brands.
Measure campaign effectiveness, using a strong analytical focus to understand campaign impact, provide recommendations for optimization and long tail strategies.
Use competitive insights, internal pipeline analysis, third party research, and other actionable data to drive cross-functional conversation and campaign optimization.
Partner and establish relationships with key internal customers, including the global field organization, corporate sales development, demand management, and the global marketing teams across NA, EMEA, and APJ.
Work with supporting project managers to ensure plans and programs are delivered on schedule
About You
7+ years of integrated marketing, with a focus on planning and developing demand generation programs targeting the CIO buyer and/or Industries.
Previous Industry marketing experience, preferably in one or more of the key industries: Tech and Media, Retail, Hospitality, Financial Services, Healthcare, Professional Services.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience marketing Financial Management or Human Capital Management software to an enterprise audience.
Other Qualifications
A good understanding of marketing technologies and best practices within a global landscape.
Deep understanding of demand generation techniques, metric and optimization strategies.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across a complex matrix of key players.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
