The Global Partner Marketing team helps harness the power of our ecosystem partners to create market distinction, drive awareness, pipeline and preference, to support the growth of Workday.About the Role
The Workday global partner marketing team is seeking a collaborative and experienced marketer to lead our content, partner event experience and communications team. This role will work in tight collaboration with various Workday marketing teams and the global Partner organization in order to engage the Workday Partner ecosystem, and drive awareness in the market.

This individual, reporting to the Head of Global Partner Marketing, will strategize and implement global partner marketing programs supporting Workday’s sales and growth goals. This is a highly visible global role with global responsibilities as follows:
Develop communication strategy and campaigns targeting the Workday Partner community to drive partner engagement and increase Partner footprint with Workday.
Responsible for the Partner experience at Workday global flagship events (Workday Rising, Workday DevCon, Workday Elevate, etc.), including on-site experience, communications and metrics.
Align with Workday sponsorship team on Partner sponsor activations at events.
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and audience behaviors to recommend appropriate event experience approaches to exceed business goals.
Create and implement Workday’s social media strategy (including managing the Workday LinkedIn Showcase presence) in close collaboration with the Workday corporate social media team.
Develop and promote the Workday Partner ecosystem brand via paid, earned and owned channels to support Partner recruitment and the promoting the value of the Workday economy
Lead the content strategy for Workday.com/partners to improve the digital property for customers, prospects, partners and partner prospects.
In collaboration with the Global Partner Operations team, manage how Partners use the Workday Partner Portal to recruit, enable, communicate and engage with Partners.
Create a digital center of excellence for co-marketing materials and templates for the Workday Partner ecosystem leveraging existing Workday collateral/campaigns, and supporting a library of self-service assets to help Partners drive leads and pipeline and grow our joint businesses.
Provide dashboards and reports outlining quantifiable results, value, program analyses and recommendations to adjust tactics to over perform.
Be an internal advocate for Partners among key team members.
About You
Basic Qualifications
15+ years of B2B marketing experience within technology oriented companies with at least 7 years in digital, customer or partner marketing.
10+ years of leadership experience within marketing capacity.
Strategic problem solver with a partner-centric approach and a passion for technology and innovation.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of developing and mentoring talent.
Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Other Qualifications
Outstanding interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Candid, self-starting and good sense of humor.
Agility and ability to prioritize is critical.
Strong executive presence.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
