The Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) serves as a member of PATH’s executive team and provides leadership, direction, and oversight to the division. The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for the CSO and will oversee and manage day-to-day administrative activities in support of the division.
Responsibilities
Support Chief Scientific Officer and product development leadership on strategic, operational, and daily business matters to ensure effective delivery of the PD division goals.
Help frame strategy for PD, aligned with overall PATH mission and goals.
Working across programs, coordinate analytics and communications at the divisional level
Track key deliverables for the PD division.
Act as secretary to the Product development leadership team, preparing agendas, writing minutes, and following actions.
Connect across divisions with peers to align activities with other divisions.
Help prepare CSO for external engagements including briefings and presentations.
Competencies
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 yrs experience supporting projects and initiatives
Experience working in public health/product development sector
Strong project management skills
Able to think strategically.
Used to working in international multicultural environments.
Able to work independently.
Able to work across time zones
