The team you will be a part of is a small dedicated systems team that interacts daily with a large group of Order Fulfilment staff. That is why it’s important to be service minded, interested in technology and its applications. What you’ll do at Elekta
As an order fulfilment system specialist at Elekta you will be working between the IT and business teams. Your role is crucial in Elekta’s digitalization effort and involves working with the different subject matter experts in the business to develop digital integrated project management solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Your responsibilities will include ( but are not limited to)
To develop Elekta’s project management tools, including FinancialForce’s PSA and standardized integrated project plans.
To own the creation and change process for OF’s Implementation Project Templates and to collaborate with the regional and Business Line subject matter experts in developing new and augmenting existing project tools.
Provide training and support for OF employees on OF Systems, tools and processes.
To manage improvement projects, participate in cross functional efforts and represent global OF in internal forums.
To drive change in other functions and Elekta products to benefit global Order Fulfilment
To achieve and maintain outstanding knowledge of and competence on OF systems and processes.
To develop and augment OF Implementation Templates for existing and new products.
To guide, support and train Elekta employees in the use of Order Fulfilment systems and Elekta processes.
To drive data quality and process adherence.
To provide system and process training for 3rd parties, e.g. consultants and distributors.
Report information and events that could affect patient or user safety using established processes.
To follow Elekta processes and uphold Elekta values.

What you’ll bring
Theoretical Technical Education, e.g. Master or Bachelor of Science in IT, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience.
Native level understanding of written and spoken technical and business English
Practical/Technical knowledge (preferably demonstrated at interview)
Solid understanding of Salesforce/FinancialForce and/or other PSA/CRMs/ERPs
Technical understanding of web platforms and related tools
Skilled at using Microsoft Office products (including e.g. Ms Project)
Familiarity with the waterfall Project Management model
Demonstrated ability to design and document user focused solutions
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills and ability to follow procedures and resolve exceptions
Previous employment as Project Manager for capital goods or major software systems
Financial/Accounting/Controller experience from major global company
Hospital employed Project Manager for Medical products
Installer/developer of medical devices
Qlik Sense/View or other BI-Tool
Infor M3/Movex (ERP)
High-level programming language
Business integration programmer
Manager experience
Business process owner
SalesForce Developer
