Job Description
Generate leads to Increase client database (Prospecting and qualify leads from different sources)
Follow up with prospective clients by telephone/email or in person.
Providing excellent customer service and looking for new ways to enhance the client experience.
Present, promote and sell services to prospects by using convincing and negotiating skills.
Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection to successful closure.
Making sure to achieving and aiming to exceed assigned targets within agreed timelines.
Effectively Prepare daily sales forecasts and pipeline reports for senior management.
Maintain and report sales activity on CRM.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager.
Answer product and service-related questions, advise suitable package to attract potential customers.
Enhanced productivity levels by anticipating client needs and delivering outstanding support.
Maintained up-to-date knowledge of product and service changes…
Cold calling on generated leads to qualify them, brief them about our platform & Accounting bookkeeping services, answer their concerns & inquiries and sending company details for further discussion
Qualifications
Fluent in both Arabic and English.
Good computer skills for sending contracts, managing an excel sheet.
Experience in startups is a must.Â
Experience in a Fin-Tech/Accounting company is preferred.
Confident with a passion for creating a great customer experience by catering to their needs and striving for continuous improvement.
