As a Senior Accountant in our accounting firm, you will play a critical role in managing client accounts, overseeing financial operations, and providing strategic financial guidance. You will lead a team of accounting professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
2- Understand clients' financial goals and objectives, providing personalized financial advice and solutions.
3- Onboard the new client and coordinate with clients to gather financial and opening balance information.
4- review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
5- Present financial insights and recommendations to clients, supporting strategic decision
6- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and grow the firm's client base.
7- Coordinate with tax specialists to optimize tax strategy.
1- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2- Proven experience (6 - 8 years) preferably in public accounting or a similar role
3- Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
4- ACCA or CPA will be an advantage.
5- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6- Strong leadership and managerial skills
7- Fluent in both Arabic and English
8- Exceptional attention to detail.
