Position Description:
Reading Service Manager is responsible for partnering with key stakeholders across the commercial team, partnerships, and customer sites to acquire, launch, and manage reading service accounts. Providing exceptional customer service and developing a strong rapport with key stakeholders in this role is crucial to success. In addition, this role will support departmental operations including program development, daily operations, and strategic initiatives. The Manager will help with developing and fostering key relationships externally with tele-health groups.
What You'll Do:
Integrate with sales teams to support their sales process, provide white glove service, and drive adoption of reading service
Partners with sales teams to launch Reading Service at new and existing customer sites
Oversees implementation of new sites and drives adoption of service post launch in collaboration with cross functional team members
Develop and manage a forecasted pipeline for new account launches
Provide a high level of customer service and high-quality engagements by managing ongoing relationships and operations at Reading Service at customer sites
Demonstrate strong project managements skills required to support new service expansions or launches
Integrate and coordinate with reading service external partners on account acquisition and implementation
Strategically engage initiatives to further expand tele-health group relationships
Collaborate with team on implementation of programs by facilitating development of new infrastructure, policies, protocols, etc.
Supports other departmental and program operational components including day-to-day operations, provider onboarding, scheduling, reporting, invoicing, business development, and other related activities.
Adds to a positive work culture and teamwork environment for all direct reports.
What We're Hoping You Have:
Startup experience, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments.
Demonstrated proficiency in sales, including acquiring new business and nurturing existing programs.
Deep understanding of tele-health and physician practice operations, with a focus on optimizing service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Proven ability to successfully launch new programs, coordinating efforts among a diverse group of key stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and align with stakeholders at all levels.
