Job Description:
The Defense Civilian Training Corps (DCTC) Program Management Lead will support the Acquisition Policy & Innovation Directorate within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Acquisition and Sustainment) (OUSD (A&S)). In this critical role, you will provide essential administrative and management support for the Defense Civilian Training Corps (DCTC), overseeing a mission valued at approximately $25M annually.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating and managing DCTC initiatives to bridge critical skills gaps in defense-related careers, aligning with national defense strategies, and supporting the selection of future DCTC program universities. You'll work closely with senior leadership to ensure program objectives are met, track milestones, prepare briefings (CONOPS, IPRs, etc) for senior leaders and Congressional staff, and coordinate senior engagements between Senior Executive Service (SES) members within OUSD (A&S) and key leaders across the DoD.
Ideal candidates will possess strong program management expertise, adeptness in developing strategic communications, and proficiency in utilizing various software tools including Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
