We’re looking for a Director, Product Development, Liberty Speciality Finance (LSF), to join us.
Liberty Specialty Finance (LSF) is a financing company established in 2019, offering on an end-to-end basis structured finance and working capital products. It is part of Liberty Financial Services (LFS), an international provider of technology enabled business services which span from shared services to procurement and working capital financing.
Today, LSF serves the entire Liberty Global family across its assets which primarily comprise telecommunication providers across the UK, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium and Slovakia. The client portfolio also includes third-parties across Europe and US. Assets under management today include $5bn+ of vendor financing and $2bn+ across securitisation transactions. With an anchor focus on (although not limited to) sub-investment grade companies, LSF has grown rapidly since inception by facilitating access to cheaper forms of financing for its clients.
The LSF product suite is largely focused on payables finance (vendor finance / supply chain finance) and receivables finance (asset-backed securitisation, factoring, borrowing base loans) whilst other products are in development (including but not limited to dynamic discounting, inventory financing, leasing). Provision of products is enabled via long-standing partnerships with banks and funds. LSF does not act as an introducer, nor does it seek a purely advisory role.
