You’ll be joining this exciting journey at the start of our scale-up phase, and work with us to hit the ambitious targets our shareholders have set. You’ll become part of a passionate and supportive team in a fast-paced, dynamic and result-driven environment.

About the role

The role reports to one of the Senior Partnerships Managers. You will be responsible for enabling the business to target and close new Businesses in order to meet our ambitious growth targets. The role will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Senior Partnerships Managers and Partnerships Director during the B2B outreach process
  • Conducting pitches regarding our services and engaging in commercial Bids
  • Keeping the CRM system up to date and ensuring data is accurate. Running reports as required
  • Onboarding Businesses by creating compelling offers and ensuring they move through the sales funnel with the right information delivered at the right time
  • Outbound engagement with Businesses to identify the right stakeholders to target, and build advocacy for our brand and solutions
  • Actively engage with a range of internal stakeholders to secure the delivery of Believ solutions

About you

The successful candidate will have the following attributes and skills:

  • An understanding of Business procurement processes
  • Highly organized with a great attention to detail
  • Commercially astute
  • Knowledge of EVC value chain
  • Confident liaising with senior business and public figures
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Our business information is managed through the HubSpot CRM, so experience using this would be beneficial
  • Proven experience (3 years minimum) as a partnership/business development analyst, ideally within a similar sized business or one that has been through a similar journey

Location

The business is based in Waterloo. The position is full time home based, however, you will be expected to meet with the rest of the Partnerships Team in the office 2-3 times per month.

You will be required to travel and attend events and trade shows according to our marketing strategy. Additionally, with sustainability and our environmental impact in mind, we often undertake customer meetings via Teams; however travel for face to face customer meetings will also be required.
