Who are you?
As a Director Level Payments Consultant, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering the future of our clients' payments strategy, operating models, and architecture, focusing on project management. Your work will enhance the capabilities of payment market infrastructures, financial institutions, and corporate treasuries.
To be considered for this role, you'll need experience in the financial services industry, expertise in delivering payments-related initiatives, and expertise in banking or capital markets.

Job Requirements
What will you do?
- Act as the Senior Consultant for our client's Payments change assignments.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on payment-related topics to our clients.
- Work with the other practices and country payment practices to align and leverage knowledge.
- Lead workshops and training sessions for clients to educate them on new payment technologies and best practices.
- Contribute to continuously improving our payment consulting methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Coach and mentor more junior payment consultants.
- Drive sales activities, assisting in developing proposals and presenting payment solutions to potential clients.
Your Key Knowledge Should Include
- Experience in the payments/banking industry, with a deep understanding of payment systems and technologies.
- Be familiar with current industry regulations and compliance standards, ensuring our clients' payment operations meet all requirements.
- We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successfully leading payment change projects from conception to completion.
- Be highly collaborative, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams and building strong client relationships.
Payments' domain knowledge
- Core payment operations or card payments.
- Correspondent and transaction banking.
- Clearing and settlement.
- Financial messaging (MT & ISO 20022).
- Central bank digital currencies, including blockchain technology.
- PSD2 and Open Banking.
- Corporate treasury.
- Skills in Change Delivery, Business Analysis, or Product Ownership.
- Degree educated or equivalent.
