Overview

We think about our Inside Sales Representative program differently than that of most SDR programs. By having marketing automate a lot of the cold outbounding, reps can focus on real conversations with high-level prospects rather than spend hours trying to get a hold of them. Each rep is able to set more than 80 demos/month (@ ~45% conversion to opportunities)

You will:

  • Qualify and convert a high volume of marketing leads into sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives
  • Partner with marketing to provide immediate campaign feedback and input on future campaign strategy
  • Master tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and Cognism to maximise productivity
  • Develop extensive product knowledge to provide detailed insight to prospects
  • Achieve and push the limits of your quota, territory revenue, and growth objectives

You have:

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual - Fluent English & Native Swedish is preferred.
  • High energy, you're passionate, and you enjoy being challenged
  • The ability to adapt in a fast paced sales organisation - you're a self starter
  • Ambitions to be a top sales rep
  • Previous experience in B2B sales at the enterprise level (ideally)
