Selecta is the largest provider of unattended self-serve coffee and convenience food in Europe, leading the way in vending solutions and specialist coffee services. We are hiring an Sales Reporting Analyst Specialist to join our team and be responsible for the tracking of performance for the entire Solutions organisation at Selecta. This person will reach out to Client Solutions Specialists (CSS - Sales) on a daily basis to help them achieve their ambitions.

Responsibilities
Review Power BI:
Intervene for a compliant world class dashboard in each country
Ensure activity targets are met at CSS level.
Ensure velocity is on plan per stage and per CSS.
Review Stage 4 and 5 opps with commentary.
Trackers & Reporting:
Ensure that the 7x pipeline and velocity is ahead of target per CSS
Ensure conversion rates are on plan per CSS.
Highlight individuals, teams and trends for training interventions.
‘Connect the dots’ between available data at CSS level for requisite action and follow up on those defined actions.
Highlight issues, explain the problem, help fix it.
All Trackers, 3,7,11 and JNA / ambitions compliance and follow up.
Assist:
Delivery of the Selecta Solutions System and the CSE Hub. Coordination of this training programme for existing associates is a key enabler and a key role within the Selecta Solutions organization.
Ensure that new CSS are ready to start their Selecta client journey when their SIP programme starts.
Have CRM knowledge and the ability to analyse data and trends.
Build a training community of experts in each market to co-steer deliverables together with this function.
Build on the programmes we have and improve continuously against the various needs of the organisation.
Drive Solutions and country performance via best in class analysis (CRM, excel, PBI, etc)
Along with the CSE Leader, continually monitor CSS performance via SIP, CSS lifecycle and course correct all the time. Regularly present training and onboarding improvement initiatives to drive the company growth ambitions.
Working closely with other functions to ensure their latest initiatives are included in our programmes where possible.
Improve local SPOC matrix to ensure local adherence to group initiatives (SharePoint, calc tools, community).
