ReconCraft is seeking a Outfitter I is responsible for installation of mechanical systems, steering hydraulics, engines, fuel lines, electrical systems, wiring, and all types of accessories. Full assembly of boat trailers and performing rigging as required. The outfitter must adhere to established quality control standards and procedures, site cleanliness, use of drawings, and efficiency to complete tasks according to reasonable and planned resource hours.

Essential Job Requirements:

• Education/Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
  • High School Diploma (GED)
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be able to pass background check.
  • Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, understanding drawing symbols read flag notes and general notes.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Read travelers and standard procedures.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail and accuracy while working within a fast-paced production environment.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability lift 50lbs. Standing for long period of time, climbing up and down ladders, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching are generally required.
  • Ability to work long hours, when required, to meet deadlines and other deliverables.
