We are looking for a Operations professional to join our Risk team with experience in running reconciliations, PnL reporting and administration of trading platforms. The candidate will need to be proficient at problem solving and have good communications skills in order to identify breaks/discrepancies, establish what needs to be done to fix them and communicate this to the various stakeholders. The role will likely involve other day-to-day tasks including managing trader and account permissions and liaising with the finance department and traders to ensure correct reporting of daily PnL figures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily reconciliation of T-1 Trades and Open positions and investigations into breaks.
• Daily calculation of T-1 Onyx Vs ABN Mark to Market (MtM)
• YtD PnL comparison to ABN using the MtM and Trade/Open Position reconciliation files
• PnL reporting to desks, finance and management.
• Liaison with Finance where required.
• Running other daily risk processes and automating / improving them where appropriate.
• Setting up new clearing accounts/new position limits/broker and trader permissions
• Oversight of software user permissions  

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Macros
• Experience of Python is desirable, but not essential

This role is based 5 days per week in the office, from 8am-6pm.
