As a CRM & Loyalty Executive, you will hold a central position within our ecommerce team, reporting directly to the CRM & Loyalty Manager. Your role will be integral in fostering and enhancing customer relationships within our subscription-based model. Working in tandem with cross-functional teams such as Growth, Brand & Marketing, Customer Care & Nutrition you will utilise your specialised knowledge in CRM to make data-driven decisions to propel customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
Work closely with the CRM Manager to lay out a subscription-first communication strategy which incorporates continuous data-led testing and optimisation to drive subscriber LTV.
Own the process of briefing, building & QAing of CRM campaigns.
Implement strategies to optimise customer retention rates within our subscription model, identifying opportunities to enhance the subscriber experience and mitigate churn.
Support efforts to maximise customer loyalty, devising programme incentives that drive repeat purchases and foster brand advocacy.
Design and implement customer lifecycle campaigns, using email automation flows based on customer segmentation, ensuring best practice across all templates
Provide insight and data analysis from website and customer activity to support onsite customer journey optimisation, improving CVR and repeat purchase
Measure and evaluate CRM data to determine the effectiveness of our campaigns
Support the eCommerce and wider marketing team with other marketing initiatives
Requirements
Proven experience working in a fast-growing direct to consumer brand
Good knowledge of CRM best practices, data analysis and insights
Analytical and data-driven; be able to take insights from data and translate those into actionable strategies to drive planning and execution to improve KPIs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A growth mindset - someone who is resourceful, enjoys finding solutions, removes barriers, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership
Comfortable with being strategic and tactical
Experience using Klaviyo to deliver effective email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and automation flows
Experience with A/B testing assumptions, reporting on results, and guiding the creative and content teams to optimise campaigns
Excellent organisation and communication skills along with a customer-first approach
Technical expertise with CRM, ESP and Analytics systems such as Klaviyo, GA, Shopify and Recharge
Experience with subscriptions is a bonus
