Reporting directly to the VP Global sales and supported by the VP sales strategy, you will find and build a boutique high performance team located across the middle east, servicing clients from GCC, KSA, and UAE, ensuring that your team gets all the support needed from other departments to reach your team revenue targets. You’ll also grow a detailed understanding of brand partnerships and commercial agreements to push margin expansion wherever possible.
As we continue to refine our strategy for virtual and assisted shopping, your role as Personal Shopping Manager is crucial to the success of the organization. Your enthusiasm will be instrumental in enhancing sales through exceptional service, while also actively driving sales, generating leads, and facilitating customer acquisition through virtual experiences.
Unlike more established regions, this role is the sales leader in the Middle East and will also be responsible for in region client development, identifying ways to grow the brand and sales strategically. You will build relationships with clients, affiliates and brand partners and be the ambassador for the Threads brand in region. This is perfect for someone who has aspirations of becoming a general manager as it will also entail operational oversight, process improvement and problem solving as you scale the region in line with your teams success.
Salary for this role is negotiable and open for discussion based upon experience. This role is based in the Dubai offices and will be required to be in 3-4 days per week.
