Business Analyst - Blockchain Product / Cloud / Business Banking experince -
Experience in IBPS, Finacle, Middleware, Microservices is required
Collaboration with Business Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and priorities.
Business Requirement Documentation (BRD) Development: Gather and document business requirements comprehensively, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Detailed Level Requirements (DLR) / User Story Acceptance Criteria: Define detailed level requirements and acceptance criteria for user stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Traceability and Change Request (CR) Assessment: Establish traceability between requirements, user stories, and CRs. Assess and evaluate change requests for their impact on project scope and objectives.
Collaboration with Design Team: Work closely with design teams to interpret business requirements into design specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Project Management Tools Utilization: Proficiently use tools such as PPMpro and Jira for project tracking, monitoring, and reporting.
Defect Management: Identify, document, and manage defects throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with acceptance criteria.
Requirement Clarifications: Address and resolve any ambiguities or discrepancies in requirements through effective communication with stakeholders.
Quality Assurance (QA) Script Review: Review QA scripts to ensure they accurately reflect business requirements and acceptance criteria.
Defect Triage: Prioritize and assign defects based on severity and impact, facilitating efficient resolution and minimizing project disruption.
Defect Leakage - User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Test Coverage: Monitor and manage defect leakage during UAT by ensuring comprehensive test coverage and adherence to acceptance criteria.
Automated Test Coverage: Collaborate with testing teams to implement and maintain automated test coverage, improving testing efficiency and effectiveness.
System Readiness Form (SRF) Management: Manage the SRF process, ensuring all necessary requirements are met before deployment.
Supporting Implementation: Assist in the implementation phase by providing support to business stakeholders, ensuring smooth transition and adoption of new systems or processes.
Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support to business stakeholders post-implementation, addressing any issues or concerns that arise and ensuring the successful integration and utilization of new systems or processes.
Change Advisory Board (CAB) Approval: Facilitate CAB meetings and obtain sign-off for proposed changes, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholders' expectations.
Incident Support: Provide support for incidents and issues, investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions to minimize impact on project delivery.
Project Closure Support: Assist project managers with project closure activities, including documentation, stakeholder communication, and lessons learned analysis.
Supporting Implementation: Assist in the implementation phase by providing support to business stakeholders, ensuring smooth transition and adoption of new systems or processes.
Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support to business stakeholders post-implementation, addressing any issues or concerns that arise and ensuring the successful integration and utilization of new systems or processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a business analyst in IT projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as PPMpro and Jira.
- Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
