The Data Steward is responsible for implementing changes to product and recipe data within the system, with a primary focus on maintaining data quality and accuracy.
What You'll Do?
- Update product and recipe information within the Kitopi system to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including culinary and cost control departments to maintain precise data records.
- Facilitate the preparation and integration of data for the onboarding process of new brands onto the system.
- Identify and rectify historical master data, eliminating outdated, redundant, or duplicate entries to enhance system efficiency.
- Analyze data quality metrics and pinpoint areas for enhancement, contributing to the resolution of data quality issues through strategic error detection and correction, as well as process refinement.
What Are We Looking For?
- Proficiency in data management and manipulation techniques.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Ability to identify and address data quality issues proactively.
- Experience with error detection and correction methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, for data management tasks.
- Ability to utilize MS Excel for data analysis and manipulation.
- Familiarity with process improvement techniques is advantageous.
