As the HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and administering various HR benefits programs and providing support in general HR administration. Responsibilities
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
Process enrollments, changes, and terminations of employee benefits.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and resolve issues promptly and accurately.
Collaborate with external providers to ensure smooth administration of benefit programs.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in the HRIS system.
Assist with the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Assist with general HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee files, preparing HR-related documents, and responding to HR inquiries.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Perform other duties as directed by the HR Manager - Services and Support.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.
Familiarity with HR software and database management.
Ability to work under pressure and with confidential information.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of local and federal labor laws and regulations.
