What you'll do
You will provide a co-ordinated first class level of customer service to all our internal and external customers, through building a good rapport and seeking to find effective solutions. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadline requirements and regulatory restrictions, where you will be responsible for order capture, monitoring, and billing; enquiries and complaints resolution, and escalation management.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £34,501 max per annum dependent on experience.
