As a Digital Marketing Manager you will join our Marketing team in a multifaceted role that encompasses Paid Media, CRM, Digital Project Management and Data Analysis.

Key responsibilities:
Paid Media
Own execution of the paid social, display, affiliate, search and OOH campaigns
Collaborating closely with the media agency and e-commerce team to develop, plan and launch campaigns ensuring all deadlines are met
Monitor campaigns while live to ensure proper delivery and KPI performance
Lead investment strategy within all paid media channels, leveraging subject matter expertise to inform budget planning and channel allocation
Manage agency and publisher relationships, run regular status calls, represent brand needs
Work alongside the content marketing manager to ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all campaigns
Partner with cross functional teams such has the marketing director, e-commerce manager, head of sales for each division to ensure creative best practices, timely product deliveries and seamless launches that covered by the paid media campaigns, as well as making sure the website is fully optimised for performance and traffic.
Be a leader in process optimisation, proactively identifying and improving ways of working with cross-functional stakeholders as well as external agencies and vendors
Contribute to quarterly business reviews and monthly reporting to the leadership team
Manage budget: proactively collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing completion, ensuring proper documentation of all approved invoices, forecasts..
Be up to date on new regulations and industry trends and new partner offerings to inform the development and evolution of the media strategy
CRM
Plan, create and schedule broadcast email marketing campaigns
Own the client lifecycle strategy specifically within automation, optimising and developing new series based emails
Collaborate with content marketing manager to ensure high standards of design and copy
Build a roadmap, enabling testing strategies around creative, messaging and segmentation to optimise overall client outreach and performance
Analyse data to drive desired behaviour through segmentation, personalisation and identifying new touch points of existing flows – continually refining KPI
Work closely with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback and present results
Digital Project Management
Ensure correct execution and completion of digital CRM roadmap, meeting correct deadlines to drive a concrete business impact
Project manage the digital client journey and tool (app) alongside the head of IT, driving a client centric approach working alongside creative designers, UX/UI designers
Drive the full evolution of CRM and digital clienteling for each part of the business, pushing new initiatives and proactively promoting the use of digital tools to maximise client engagement and satisfaction
Report on KPIs to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of each CRM project
CIM & Data Insight
Be the owner of client data across the business
Use client data to support the sales teams with actionable insights to inform their on potential action plans and opportunity analysis
Deliver monthly client insights reporting to retail and leadership team
Prepare presentations and materials including post campaign reports and internal updates
Manage client data alongside the head of IT by collating, cleaning, managing and merging data

Strong project management skills
Knowledge of client database system (preferably Ometria) and understanding of Salesforce required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and knowledge of Point of Sales (POS) system is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience of working in categories where executional excellence is valued (e.g.: Luxury Goods, Beauty, Hospitality)
Previous experience in digital, paid media
Poise and professionalism to interact with varying levels of management in cross-functional teams
